FAQ
Billing questions
What happens when a plan limit is reached?
The request is rejected with window_exceeded. You can add a top-up pack for that window, upgrade, or renew. Plan limits are hard stops; they do not draw from your wallet.
Does unused plan quota roll over?
No. Plan quotas reset at the end of each window. Top-up packs apply only to the window they were purchased for.
Are plans priced differently for teams?
No. Plans and pay-as-you-go are available to individuals and teams at the same price. Team wallets are funded by the creator and are separate from personal wallets.
Can I get an invoice?
If your account is enabled for card payments, the merchant of record issues the buyer invoice. Manual top-ups are recorded in the wallet ledger with an audit trail.
